Order Status: All PayPal orders received
by Patty Sachs before 2 p.m. CST are sent to the factory within 24
hours and shipped approximately two days from then. You will receive
Fedex Ground tracking information by email once your order leaves
our warehouse. Please allow up to 7 working days for USA delivery; 2
weeks for non-USA customers. Orders shipped to a PO box will go by
US Post, and no tracking will be provided. If you have any questions

Return/Refund policies: we gladly accept
returns and provide refunds within 30 days if you are not happy with
your order. Please make sure to pack your frames in the original
packaging. Email
partysachs@prodigy.net with your request and we will set up a
call tag for you. In some cases, a 15% re-stocking fee may apply.

Did your Li'l Davinci arrive with broken
glass? Can it be safely replaced? If so, send an email to
partysachs@prodigy.net
Be sure to include the frame model, your address and phone number.
Replacement glass will be shipped to you, and tracking information
will be emailed when the glass leaves our warehouse.

Our warehouses ship to all 50 United States.
What if I have an APO address?
If you are a US military customer and have an APO address, you
have to provide your shipping information to us correctly.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! We ship USPostal and shipping costs will be sent for
your approval before shipping.
How much does it cost to ship to
Canada? Shipping to Canada is based on the items
purchased. The minimum charge is $18 (U.S).
